Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Workforce System Support Specialist to join the Payroll Stabilisation Project, focusing on migration from PSe to Leader payroll across the Lakes District and frontline support for managers and employees using Mahi ē Taea.

You will respond to system queries, help with payrun checks, and work with project, payroll, rostering teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of workforce systems, delivering improved customer experience.

Competenze

3+ years' experience in workforce systems, payroll, rostering, or related field.
Experience with awards interpretation systems and rostering processes.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a good level of technical expertise.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Mansioni

Provide frontline support to managers and employees using Mahi ē Taea.
Respond to system queries and identify areas needing additional support.
Contribute to system improvements and provide feedback to project teams.
Assist with fortnightly payrun checking and customer experience improvements.
Collaborate with payroll, rostering, training teams to ensure adoption of workforce systems.
