Job summary

EQUIP Recruitment in Hastings is seeking an experienced Finance & Payroll Administrator to join a busy finance team. Primary focus is weekly payroll for ~140 employees, with supporting duties across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and cashbook processing.

You will receive thorough handover and training and assist with an upcoming payroll system migration project. Applicants must be NZ citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Previous NZ payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing weekly payrolls.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Strong reconciliation skills.
• Good Excel and accounting software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~140 staff.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciliations, cashbook processing.
• Assist with payroll system migration project.
• Provide general finance administration support.
