We are seeking a highly engaged, energetic, and confident patient services coordinator to join our busy team.
Patients are at the forefront of everything we do. If you are a customer-centric individual who understands the importance of communicating clearly and have previous experience working in a busy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients to ensure calls are answered promptly and bookings are made with accuracy and efficiency. General office duties will form part of your daily tasks. You will need to be a good listener, have the ability to answer queries promptly and adapt behaviors to engage with callers, showing patience, sensitivity and confidentiality.
You will need to be able to learn new skills including understanding funders and medical terminology and have the ability to think on your feet to ensure our patient's needs are being met. Computer skills and demonstrated working knowledge of patient management systems in a medical administrative setting are preferable, but not necessary as attitude and ability to learn are more desirable.
