Qualifications

• Alternative: an Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive, and patient-first experience for patients and visitors.
• Triage and resolve patient issues using established processes.
• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection and scheduling.
• Assist with MyChart education, appointment inquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient information and support payment processing as needed.
• Float between multiple Children’s Institute locations as required.
