Qualifications

• Welcoming patients and managing enquiries.
• Answering telephone calls and booking appointments.
• Managing patient messages, emails and administrative enquiries.
• Scanning and filing paperwork, maintaining patient records and confidentiality.
• Supporting our doctors, nurses and wider practice team.
• Previous medical reception or general practice experience is preferred.
• Experience with Indici, or an equivalent general practice system, would be an advantage.
