Job summary

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington, Auckland, is seeking an experienced Baker to join our Pastry team. You will be responsible for bakery production and provide support in pastry when needed, delivering delightful treats for conference guests and hotel visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Baker.
• Experience in Pastry, Restaurant or Conferencing kitchens is valuable.
• Must be able to contribute to bakery production and support pastry as needed.

• Primary bakery production responsibilities; support pastry production as needed.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working area; minimise wastage.
