Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced Level 1 IT support with strong customer communication.
• Proven ability to log, triage, and resolve tickets via an IT helpdesk.
• Willingness to travel between clinics and hold a NZ driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line IT Support & Helpdesk: first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets through the IT helpdesk system.
• Manage, maintain and optimise SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, and user access.
• Coordinate with third party suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
• Set up new users and hardware provisioning.
• Maintain internal IT documentation and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Visit clinics to set up IT equipment and provide on-site support.
