Job summary

Industrial Tube Manufacturing – Hamilton, North Island is seeking a part-time IT Support Person to provide day-to-day IT support across the business. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience.

You will handle first-level support across production, sales, maintenance and admin, set up devices, manage user accounts, and assist with Microsoft 365. The role offers guaranteed minimum 20 hours per week and a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Understanding of hardware, networks, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to staff across production, sales, maintenance, and admin
• Set up new devices, install software, and maintain user accounts
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Escalate complex issues to the Senior IT Support Person
