Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist who delivers warm, guest-focused service from check-in to check-out. You will guide guests on local attractions and provide timely, accurate information via in-person, phone, and email channels.

You’ll handle reservations, confirmations, and special requests using the property management system, while maintaining a friendly and professional presence across shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Maintain clear communication across channels (in-person, phone, email) to provide exceptional service.
