Job summary

PGG Wrightson's Agritrade Contact Centre in Christchurch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a fixed-term basis, three days per week. You will help customers with enquiries, account support and routine administrative tasks in a busy, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries.
• Process and maintain customer information and records.
• Assist with account administration and general Contact Centre activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre.
