Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a part-time role where you can use your customer service skills to make a difference?

PGG Wrightson's Agritrade Contact Centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a fixed-term basis, working three days per week from our Christchurch office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You'll be part of a supportive team helping customers with enquiries, account support and administrative tasks across our Agritrade business.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting customers via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer enquiries.
• Processing and maintaining customer information and records.
• Assisting with account administration and general Contact Centre activities.
