Job summary

PGG Wrightson in Christchurch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Agritrade Contact Centre. This permanent full-time role handles enquiries, provides product information, and supports customers, stores and internal teams to deliver reliable service daily.

You will build accurate records, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a supportive team focused on helping New Zealand’s rural sector thrive.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Accurate and efficient administration and data-entry.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer systems.
Experience in a contact centre environment (preferred).
Knowledge of farming, horticulture or the rural sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
Providing accurate information, advice and support on Agritrade products and services.
Managing customer accounts, orders, enquiries and administrative tasks.
Assisting with customer issue resolution and following enquiries through to completion.
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
Supporting a range of Contact Centre functions as business needs require.
