Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate information, advice and support on Agritrade products and services.
• Manage customer accounts, orders and inquiries.
• Assist with issue resolution and follow enquiries through to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support a range of Contact Centre functions as needed.
