BNZ is seeking a Banker for a 12 month fixed term with part time hours (22 per week) in Auckland. You will engage with customers, process transactions, update personal details, answer enquiries, and promote BNZ digital tools.

No previous banking experience is required; the role offers an accredited career pathway with learning support to grow and progress in remuneration as you develop your skills.

Formación

• Customer service experience in any capacity.
• Willingness to ako (learn) and grow in banking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a warm friendly manner with a big smile.
• Processing customer transactional banking needs.
• Updating customers personal details and identification.
• Assist with general product and service enquiries and recommend solutions.
• Help educate customers on BNZ online platforms and digital tools.
