Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Product Performance Manager for the Pacific Products team in Auckland to drive governance, performance and evolution of the Pacific product portfolio across eight markets. You will deliver insights and support decision-making with stakeholders to achieve strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, product governance or performance roles.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with senior leadership exposure a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; experience with Tableau/SQL/SAS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Pacific Exception Reporting framework for ANZ's Pacific products.
• Deliver reporting, analysis and insights to support product decisions and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Channels, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology to manage risks and controls.
• Support product growth, pricing reviews, risk reviews and product proposition enhancements.
