Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Product Performance Manager to support the Pacific product portfolio’s performance and governance across eight Pacific markets. You will lead reporting, insights and governance with internal partners to drive customer outcomes.

You will collaborate across Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Tech to manage risks and support growth initiatives. Role is Auckland-based, permanent, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, product governance or risk management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Clear communication to senior leadership and across teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; Tableau, SQL, SAS a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Pacific Exception Reporting framework, enabling strong governance.
• Deliver reporting, analysis and insights to support product decisions and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Channels, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology to manage risks and controls.
• Support product growth, pricing reviews, risk reviews and proposition enhancements.
