CSR in Auckland is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a key product category and drive performance, profitability, innovation, and long-term growth. You will lead category strategy, product development, lifecycle management, supplier partnerships, and market analysis to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer and market needs.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Product Management.
Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in product selection, decorative trends, and forecasting.
Sound knowledge of the building/construction industry.
Understanding of compliance and industry standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategy and product roadmaps.
Drive growth in sales, profit, and market share.
Lead new product development and range optimisation.
Manage product and SKU lifecycles.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
Partner with suppliers, factories, and supply chain teams to deliver category success.
Ensure product compliance, quality, and technical excellence.
