Job summary

ANZ in Auckland invites a Product Performance Manager to drive governance and performance of the Pacific product portfolio across eight markets. You will lead the Pacific Exception Reporting ecosystem, delivering insights to improve customer outcomes and business performance.

Working with stakeholders across Product, Channels, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology, you will turn data into actionable recommendations, support pricing reviews and product enhancements while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, product governance or risk management.
• Analytical skills to turn data into practical insights.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting tools; experience with Tableau/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Pacific Exception Reporting framework.
• Deliver reporting, analysis and insights to support decisions and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Channels, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Tech to manage risks and controls.
• Support product growth, pricing reviews, risk reviews and proposition enhancements.
