Job summary

Digitalgarage in Auckland leads a high-impact product organization with complete P&L ownership for its core platform vertical and a growing direct-to-consumer line. The role sits within the local leadership unit to drive product strategy, align commercial models, and accelerate value through AI-enabled capabilities.

You will manage a senior team of Product Managers, scale high-volume revenue streams, and partner with regional leadership to deliver impact across local and international markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Leadership experience with ownership of significant P&L portfolios.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, with hardware-enabled tech being a significant advantage.
• Strategic thinker who knows how to build scalable platform capabilities.
• History of leading, mentoring, and growing Product Managers.
• Experience using modern AI tools to speed up delivery and turn complex commercial challenges into practical, profitable product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L, pricing strategy, and investment roadmap for core product verticals.
• Partner with regional leadership to deliver value across local and international markets.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, setting standards and accountable ways of working.
