Job summary

Pacific Destinationz Ltd is seeking an Inbound Tourism Consultant (Spanish or Italian speaking) to join our Takapuna team in Auckland. You will craft end-to-end New Zealand itineraries and tours, delivering high-quality quotes and documentation for agents and clients across international markets, while ensuring memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Inbound Tourism Consultant role is a must.
• Knowledge of the Tourplan operating system would be a great start.
• Ability to develop itineraries, quotes and documentation to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development and execution of NZ itineraries and tours.
• Produce itineraries, quotes and documentation delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent service to agents and clients across international markets.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with a range of stakeholders to ensure smooth tours.

Pacific Destinations is on the hunt for an outstanding Spanish or Italian speaking FIT Consultant to join our talented team. You'll have a drive for delivering great service for our agents and clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience while they tour New Zealand.

The role is operationally focussed and you will be working with agents from a range of International markets. You'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and execution of quality New Zealand itineraries and tours that leave people with memories that will last a lifetime.

We pride ourselves on the service we deliver, so you will need to have the skill set to produce itineraries, quotes and documentation that are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

These are busy roles, but very rewarding at the same time – Our Consultants are the face of Pacific Destinations, so you must have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and most importantly enjoy getting the job done. A good sense of humour comes in handy too.
