Job summary

New Zealand Fine Touring Group in Queenstown is seeking an Agent Reservation Specialist to manage the end-to-end booking process for a key client. You will process reservations, identify better experiences when needed, and coordinate with external stakeholders to minimise disruptions and maximise holiday satisfaction.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until March 31, 2027, with a hybrid working framework.

Qualifications

  • Reservation and/or administration experience.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and stay up to date with computer systems.
  • Strong problem solving and initiative to ensure client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end booking process for one of our key clients.
  • Process reservations and offer alternative experiences when needed.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to handle disruptions and ensure best travel experience.

About the role

As an Agent Reservation Specialist within the FTG team, you will manage the end-to-end booking process for one of our key clients. This involves processing reservations, identifying and offering alternative experiences where necessary, and liaising with external stakeholders to manage any disruptions. Your focus will be on ensuring our customers get the best experience possible on their holiday!

This is a full time, fixed term position until March 31 2027.
