Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales (wine, liquor, FMCG)
• Wine knowledge and WSET certification highly regarded
• NZ LCQ recommended
• Excellent communication, time management, and resilience
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and hybrid/remote options

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound wine sales calls to engaged customers
• Build rapport and drive repeat business and referrals
• Provide excellent customer service including inbound support
• Manage an evolving portfolio of wines and offers
• Track performance and meet KPIs
• Contribute to a supportive, performance‑driven culture
