Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Territory Manager based in Dunedin to own a dynamic sales region across grocery and off-premise accounts. You will drive in-store execution, activations and shelf optimisation while building strong relationships with retailers and driving growth in your patch.

You will manage travel, plan coverage and cadence, support new product launches and use data to optimise performance. A high degree of autonomy and a results-focused mindset are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Experience in territory or field sales (FMCG, beverages, or alcohol highly regarded).
• Grocery or retail channel experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to influence customers and drive in-store execution.
• Confidence managing a large and geographically dispersed territory.
• A high level of autonomy, organisation and drive.
• Ability to travel out-of-town, one night away 3 out of 4 weeks.
• Wine industry knowledge or qualifications.

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Dunedin.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your territory, building strong partnerships across grocery and off-premise independent retail customers.

Covering Dunedinand surrounds, you’ll focus on driving execution in-store and unlocking growth opportunities across your customer base.

What You'll Be Doing
