Pumpset Technology Limited in Auckland is seeking a reliable administration and operations assistant to schedule customer site visits and technician calendars, book travel, and track parts and costs.
Approximately 30 hours per week with flexibility; pay rate is NZD 30–35 per hour. You will support day-to-day operations, help develop processes, and work with a practical, solutions-focused team.

Book and confirm customer site visits and technician schedules.
Check parts have arrived and are entered against the correct jobs.
Make sure labour, purchases and other job costs are entered daily.
Book flights, accommodation, rental vehicles and other technician travel.
Help with day-to-day operations tasks.
Provide input in our drive to continually improve our products and documentation.
Work with a passionate, solutions-focused team doing innovative and interesting work!
Pumpset Technology is an expert team of engineers, electrical and mechanical staff. We have clients throughout New Zealand, and provide pumping solutions, equipment and services to supply water to the fire protection, snowmaking and irrigation industries.
We are a growing business. We have branches in Auckland and Queenstown, a satellite branch in Wellington, and are growing in the regions. Most of the engineering work takes place at our Auckland site in Penrose. Both electrical and mechanical installation and servicing of pumpsets is nationwide.

Approximately 30 hours per week, across Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times. There is potential for this to increase to 40 hours per week in future.
Pay is $30-35 per hour, commensurate with your skills and experience.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, pitches in to help others in the team and who takes pride in their work, with a “do it once and do it right” approach. You will be able to learn and develop new processes and then implement them, and think outside the square.
You will ideally have had experience with the following:
Evidence of excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstration of skills and efficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite including Planner and Sharepoint.
Skills with ERP and/or CRM software - we currently use Infusion.
Digitally confident and quick to learn new systems, including AI platforms.
Full NZ driver's license.
A great communicator - clear, confident and comfortable with dealing with different people.
Friendly team player with good interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, proactive and strong at following tasks through.
Accurate and detail-focused.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
