Job summary

Industry Leading Multinational Company based in Penrose, Auckland NZ, seeks a lead to manage a team of Technicians servicing accounts across New Zealand. The role focuses on quality, collaboration, and timely maintenance support in varied manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will drive KPI performance, work well in a team while maintaining autonomous drive, and be willing to travel as needed within the region.

• Be comfortable in a diverse range of manufacturing environments.
• Have the skills required to set, evaluate and drive the team KPI's to required targets.
• Be suited to a team environment but have the self-discipline and skills to manage an autonomous workspace.
• Be able and willing to travel.
• Adaptable and Flexible, the candidate will be part of a wider regional team, dedicated to providing strong service support.
• Familiarity with Fluid Processing systems from a mechanical and controls perspective would be well regarded.

Role Responsibilities

Leading a Team of up to Three (3) Technicians servicing accounts across New Zealand. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to:
