FIRST Security, part of the Wilson Group, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Nelson/Marlborough. You will oversee frontline teams, drive service excellence, and ensure safety and compliance across the operation.

You will manage incidents, coordinate workforce coverage, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering efficient, high-standard security services.
