Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee facilities and support services across multiple sites in the Hibiscus Coast and North Shore region. You will lead a diverse operations team, manage supplier contracts, budgets and fleet, and work closely with clinical, retail and support functions to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality service.

About The Opportunity

• Join a community-focused charity providing compassionate care and support to patients, whānau and the wider community.
• Based predominantly on the Hibiscus Coast, you’ll oversee operations across key locations in the North Shore region, alongside retail shops spanning Devonport to Wellsford. Regular travel between sites is required.
• Take ownership of facilities, supplier contracts, maintenance, reception, household services and fleet management, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent operations.
• Lead and support a diverse operational team, working collaboratively with clinical, retail and support functions to deliver a positive experience for patients, whānau, staff and volunteers.
• Drive continuous improvement, manage operational budgets and maintain compliance, using your initiative and judgement to resolve issues and keep services running smoothly.

• A collaborative, values-led leadership style, with the ability to build relationships, support teams and influence stakeholders across a diverse organisation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, confidence using digital systems and a commitment to safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
