Job summary
The Salvation Army Christchurch is seeking an Operations Manager for Driver Programmes and Community Driver Testing services. You will provide hands-on leadership to ensure efficient services, strong governance and positive participant outcomes, across Canterbury and West Coast locations.

Qualifications
- Experience leading multiple programmes or services.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and quality.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capabilities and reporting experience.
- People leadership and coaching skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across multiple programme and service locations.
- Lead and support Coordinators and Administrators to achieve high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and continually improve systems, processes, reporting tools and operational workflows.
- Monitor programme performance, KPI achievement and contractual requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality, efficiency and participant outcomes.
