Job summary

The Salvation Army Driver Programmes is seeking an Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across our Driver Programmes and Community Driver Testing services. This hands-on role focuses on people, systems, reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

You will work with Coordinators, Administrators and delivery staff to ensure services operate efficiently, deliver high-quality outcomes for participants and communities, and drive improvements in KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple programmes and teams.
• Strong Microsoft 365 capability including Excel, Forms, SharePoint, Teams and dashboards.
• Proven ability to monitor KPI and contractual requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple programme and service locations.
• Lead and support Coordinators and Administrators to achieve high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and continually improve systems, processes, reporting tools and operational workflows.
• Monitor programme performance, KPI achievement and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality, efficiency and participant outcomes.
