Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Operations & Stock Management: lead the swarm to complete routines timely and oversee all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries to standard.
• Team Leadership & Development: lead on-job training and coaching for team members, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Maintain Store Standards: ensure evening teams meet standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging and manage overstocks.
• Resolve Issues Proactively: elevate process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Contribute to Store Leadership: act as Store Manager on shifts and engage in Better Together connections to foster collaboration.
