Job summary

CranePower, a growing Construction Tech company based in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own purchasing, logistics, orders and day-to-day operations. Based at the Rosedale office, you will unify activities across teams and drive process improvements as CranePower scales.

You will manage dangerous goods shipments and support ERP evaluation, acting as the go-to person for operational information while enabling smoother cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience handling dangerous goods documentation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of international logistics and cross-border shipping.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day purchasing activity and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and international shipments.
• Act as the link between sales, warehouse, engineering, suppliers and freight partners.
• Maintain visibility of orders and operations data; support ERP implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and information flow.
