Based at their Rosedale office, CranePower is looking for an Operations Coordinator to take ownership of a key part of the business, bringing together purchasing, logistics, orders and day-to-day operational coordination.
At present, these responsibilities sit across multiple teams. This role is the first step in bringing them together under one person who can really own the space, take charge of how things are managed and become the go-to person across operations.
It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys solving problems and wants the freedom to shape, improve and champion the way things are done as CranePower continues to grow.

You’ll be experienced in managing dangerous goods freight, with a solid understanding of the documentation, compliance and handling requirements involved. You’ll also be confident navigating international logistics and exports, including shipping products across borders and into new markets.
You’re organized, accurate and comfortable working across purchasing, logistics, systems and data. You naturally bring people together, keep everyone informed and stay on top of the details, but you’re also someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen.
You’ll enjoy looking for better ways of working and be excited by the opportunity to help shape new systems, including an ERP. Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling business where not everything is perfectly defined yet, and there’s plenty of opportunity to make the role your own.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing New Zealand business at an exciting stage of its journey. CranePower is expanding into international markets, and this role gives you the chance to take real ownership of a function that will become increasingly important as the business scales.
You’ll step into a newly created position, bring together responsibilities that currently sit across multiple teams and become the go-to person across purchasing, logistics and operations.
You’ll improve how things are done, help shape new systems and processes, and play a key role in building an operations function that can support CranePower’s next stage of growth.
