Job summary

Sunergise Epc Limited in Auckland is seeking a hands-on procurement specialist to manage day-to-day purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control, and logistics across New Zealand and Pacific operations.

You will solve problems, maintain accurate stock, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement or supply chain and familiarity with ERP software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Confident communicator liaising with suppliers and stakeholders across regions.
• Capability with inventory or ERP software is preferred.
• Exposure to international procurement or multi-region supply chains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders, and supporting supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinating procurement processes and documentation across New Zealand and Pacific shared services.
• Tracking stock on hand, reporting on stock movement and cost, and supporting demand forecasting and replenishment.
• Managing freight and courier relationships, tracking shipments, and resolving invoice and customs discrepancies.
• Supporting install teams with pick lists, stock coordination, and returns.
• Reconciliation of supplier and freight invoices with accounts team.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across both regions.
