Strategic Solutions Management is growing and seeking an organised, proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations across our group. You will help multiple teams with scheduling, data entry, customer service and records management, ensuring tasks run smoothly and confidential information is handled appropriately.

About The Role
Our business is growing, and with that growth comes the opportunity to strengthen the administration and operational support across our different entities and teams.
With a number of businesses operating within our wider group, we are looking for additional support to help with the day-to-day administration and coordination need to operate effectively. This includes supporting different teams, systems, customers and processes depending on the role and the needs of the business.
You will play an important part in keeping things organised, supporting our people and helping our different entities run smoothly. It’s a varied environment where there is always something happening, and where being proactive, adaptable and willing to jump in and help makes a real difference.
About You
We are looking for organised, proactive and practical people who enjoy variety, take pride in their work and like getting things done.
Experience in areas such as general administration, customer service, job bookings, scheduling, quoting, accounts, data entry, records management, building consent or operational support would be valuable.
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
At least 3 years’ experience in administration, business support, operations, accounts or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, practical approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
A customer-focused approach and commitment to providing great service.
The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Good problem-solving skills, initiative and sound judgement.
The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability in a busy, changing environment.
Experience in finance/accounts, building or construction, local government, professional services, regulatory environments or building consent processes would be an advantage.
