As an Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking quality and timely administrative and support activities to support the daily undertakings of our custodial services operations support team.
This is a frontline support role where you'll be responsible for actioning first line prisoner phone calls, coordinating appointments between prisoners and key external stakeholders, and ensuring clear records of decisions made, and actions taken are accurately recorded within our Integrated Offender Management Systems (IOMS). Working collaboratively with your senior colleagues and the Operations Support Manager, you'll take a proactive approach to processing other data entry and system update requirements, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
The team works from 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday - Friday with regularly rostered Saturday work required.

The starting salary for this position is $60,216 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
