WSP Wellington office is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver robust 2nd level desktop and collaboration support on site. You will manage devices, assist users with varying technical knowledge, and help keep end-user services secure and reliable.

You’ll collaborate with local, regional and global IT teams to support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and meeting room tech, while assisting onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Qualification in a computing discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant IT support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, OS, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tech.
• Deliver professional, client-focused support with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on deskside support to users with varying technical knowledge.
• Ensure onsite IT services are operational and proactively identify issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and user lifecycle activities including deployment and access coordination.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV systems.
