Bush Specialty Vehicles is seeking an On-Site Transportation Manager in Stanley Vale, New Zealand. This hands-on role is responsible for leading a dedicated fleet of drivers and ensuring safe, efficient transportation operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years' experience in transportation, expertise in driver management, and a strong understanding of compliance regulations. Join us to develop a high-performing team and improve overall operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, driver management, or load planning.
• Proven experience booking backhauls through broker boards (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of DOT, HOS, and FMCSA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Class A CDL (preferred but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations for a dedicated fleet of drivers.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing driver team.
• Maximize fleet utilization through efficient routing.
• Source and secure revenue-generating backhauls.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer operations.
