Job summary

Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead six branches across the upper North Island, from Ruakura Hamilton Superhub to Whangārei. You will mentor Branch Managers, ensure service excellence and actively seek growth opportunities.

You will report to the General Manager Commercial Aftersales and spend time in the branches with people and customers, championing LEAN improvements and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep heavy automotive technical expertise and understanding of running operations in the sector.
• Proven experience guiding multiple branches and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to mentor branch managers while driving accountability for results.
