Job summary

Prime Property Group in Auckland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Wellington team and deliver a growing pipeline of commercial, hotel, residential and civil property development projects.

You will be hands-on on site with strong coordination of trades, driving programmes, and solving day-to-day construction issues while also managing budgets, procurement and reporting to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in both site management and construction project management.
• Strong ability to coordinate trades, consultants and suppliers on site.
• Proven track record of driving programmes, delivering on budget and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Maintaining on-site oversight and programme management.
• Driving construction progress and resolving site issues proactively.
• Managing procurement, budgets, variations and project reporting.
• Running site meetings and coordinating project communications.
• Ensuring quality, compliance and health & safety standards.
