Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within property, construction, infrastructure or consultancy sectors.
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, programmes, and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality outcomes.
• Preparing project reports and advising clients.
• Supporting procurement and contract management processes.
