Underground Coffee in Christchurch is seeking a Roastery Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our roastery and help deliver exceptional coffee across New Zealand. Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience preferred, but not essential.
• Full, clean driver’s licence required.
• Physically fit to lift up to 20kg.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day roastery operations and end-to-end coffee production.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain product quality and manage workload priorities.
