Instant Finance is seeking a growth and people leader to take ownership of its nationwide branch network, reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team.

You will lead four Regional Managers, shape structure and staffing, drive sales performance, and advance operations and digital transformation across New Zealand.

Instant Finance is an established New Zealand financial services business with 25 branches nationwide and a strong history in the consumer finance market. With a strong focus on caring for its customers and responsible lending, they are looking for an experienced growth and people leader to take ownership of its established national branch network and help drive the next phase of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead four Regional Managers and a network of branches across New Zealand.

You will have significant autonomy to shape structure, processes and staffing while driving sales performance, operational excellence and continued growth. With Instant Finance expanding its product offering and continuing its digital transformation journey, this is an opportunity to influence how the branch network evolves and builds on the company’s strong results.

The role has a strong focus on sales performance alongside credit and compliance, with responsibility for developing strategies to maximise sales and achieve network targets for new business, revenue growth and ledger quality.
