Instant Finance in New Zealand seeks an experienced growth and people leader to own the national branch network, reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team. You will oversee four Regional Managers and drive sales performance, operational excellence and ongoing growth across branches.

The role offers autonomy to shape structure, processes and staffing, while maintaining responsible lending practices and delivering strong customer outcomes.

• Lead the national branch network with four Regional Managers.

• Bring structure to network operations and improve productivity.
• Support Regional Managers to lift capability and performance.
• Develop best-practice processes across the network.
• Ensure responsible lending, credit, compliance and risk management.
