Job summary

PGG Wrightson seeks a dynamic Fruitfed Sales Manager to lead our nationwide Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team. You will report to the National Manager - Fruitfed Supplies and drive a robust national sales strategy across regions.

You will lead Area Sales Managers and field Representatives, championing sales strategy, ensuring alignment, and delivering strong commercial performance across multiple regions in New Zealand. Vehicle provided and standard tools of trade.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership within horticulture or agri-business preferred.
• Strong background in sales strategy, planning and execution.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers across New Zealand.
• Develop and champion a national sales strategy and ensure alignment across regions.
• Drive a culture focused on delivering strong commercial performance and growth.
• Collaborate with the National Manager to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Travel frequently across New Zealand to support stores and teams.
