Job summary

PGG Wrightson is seeking a dynamic and strategic Fruitfed Sales Manager to lead our Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team across the nation. You will report to the National Manager - Fruitfed Supplies and be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing a robust national sales strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple regions.

You’ll lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers across the country, overseeing both in-store teams and field-based

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the horticulture or agri-business sector.
• Strong background in sales strategy, planning and execution, and presenting to small to medium groups.
• Experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring, motivating and developing high-performing teams to achieve results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Commercial acumen, with strengths in financial management, compliance, risk, and continuous improvement
• The flexibility to travel frequently throughout New Zealand
