PGG Wrightson seeks a dynamic Fruitfed Sales Manager to lead our nationwide Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team. You will report to the National Manager - Fruitfed Supplies and drive a robust national sales strategy across regions.

You will lead Area Sales Managers and field Representatives, championing sales strategy, ensuring alignment, and delivering strong commercial performance across multiple regions in New Zealand. Vehicle provided and standard tools of trade.

PGG Wrightson is seeking a dynamic and strategic Fruitfed Sales Manager to lead our Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team across the nation. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of New Zealand's most respected horticultural supply businesses.

About the Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the National Manager - Fruitfed Supplies and be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing a robust national sales strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple regions.

You'll lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across the country, who are responsible for managing the retail store network within their respective regions. Each ASM oversees both the in-store teams and the field-based Representatives. A key part of your role will be to develop and champion sales strategy, ensure strategic alignment across all teams, and drive a culture focused on delivering and achieving strong commercial performance.

Ideally, you'll have the following:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the horticulture or agri-business sector
• Strong background in sales strategy, planning and execution, and presenting to small to medium groups.
• Experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring, motivating and developing high-performing teams to achieve results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Commercial acumen, with strengths in financial management, compliance, risk, and continuous improvement
• The flexibility to travel frequently throughout New Zealand
