Job summary

PGG Wrightson is seeking a dynamic Fruitfed Sales Manager to lead our national Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team. The role reports to the National Manager and drives sales performance, national strategy, and a high-performance culture across regions.

You will lead Area Sales Managers and their in-store and field-based Representatives, shaping sales strategy and ensuring alignment to deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales teams in horticulture or agri-business.
• Strong ability to develop and execute national sales strategies.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong financial management, compliance, risk and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across New Zealand.
