Job summary

PGG Wrightson's Fruitfed Supplies business seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our national Fruitfed Supplies retail sales team. You will shape sales strategy, drive performance across regions, and report to the National Manager.

You will lead AREA Sales Managers and field-based Representatives, champion alignment, coach high-performing teams, and travel across New Zealand to deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership in horticulture or agri-business.
• Strong background in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with financial management and risk awareness.
• Willingness to travel frequently across New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers across the country and oversee in-store and field-based Representatives.
• Develop and champion a national sales strategy and ensure alignment across regions.
