Job summary

Ingham is seeking a Service Manager to lead the multi-brand service operation in Taupo, covering Chery, GWM, Hyundai, Isuzu, Nissan, Omoda Jaecoo, and Holden. This hands-on leadership role focuses on productivity, profitability, and customer experience across workshop and parts.

You will drive day-to-day service performance, implement structure, manage staff, and ensure brand standards while partnering with front-line teams to improve bookings and delivery in a stable, well-established

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager role.
• Strong understanding of workshop flow and productivity.
• Hands-on leadership with staff and process management.
• Franchise or multi-brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Service.
• Drive workshop productivity and labour sales.
• Improve customer communication and experience.
• Set and track departmental budgets and targets.
• Ensure brand standards across all represented brands.
