Job summary

Ingham is seeking a Service Manager to own the Ford Service operation in Rotorua. This hands-on leadership role focuses on productivity, profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across workshop and parts.

You will tighten a functioning operation, set clear budgets, and lead the team to higher standards while maintaining Ford processes and high service levels in a national dealer group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of workshop flow and technician productivity.
• Hands-on leadership style with discipline and accountability.
• Franchise experience preferred; Ford experience is a bonus.

We’re looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of our Ford Service operation in Rotorua.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for performance, people, and process across the workshop and parts department, with a clear focus on productivity, profitability, and customer experience.

You’ll be walking into a functioning operation that needs tightening, structure, and consistent leadership to get the best out of it.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or similar role

• Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment, not just behind a desk
• Someone who brings structure, follows through, and lifts standards
• Clear communicator who can deal with both customers and staff directly
• Franchise experience preferred, Ford experience a bonus
